DARRYL "ELITE" JONES CERTIFIED INSPECTOR
Working in the fire department for 6 years taught Darryl a lot about building construction, water and its effects on a home. In that 6 year time frame Darryl performed over 300 safety inspections, which provided a good base knowledge about performing an inspection and finding deficiencies.
Darryl ventured in to the home inspector role because of issues he ran into living in his own home. Convinced that these issues could have been avoided/modified at minimal cost had he been made aware of them, he has sought out to help others in their homeownership. Darryl has a unique love the interworking of a home. His goal is to educate home buyers of potential hazards that may come with their new home!

We are Certified through InterNACHI, and have specialized certifications in Thermal Infrared and Radon Testing.
RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
When buying and selling a home, it's very important to understand the overall condition of the property. Our goal is to add value to our clients experience by revealing potential underlying issues that the untrained eye might miss.
RADON TESTING
Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Home tests are available, but we recommend professional testing for peace of mind.
THERMAL IMAGING
Through thermal imaging we get a chance to look deeper in the home. With this technology we are able to detect moisture, insulation or the lack thereof, and more.
DRONE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Often roofing is unsafe to walk on for the home inpsector. It Is also not a required practice for an inspector to walk a roof. The drone technology offers the ability to keep the home inspector safe while providing the customer with quality photos
